Hi friends! Oh do I have an adventurous photo session to share with you today! With the winter still hanging around, I thought this would be fitting considering we are not out of the woods yet (no pun intended). Though winter comes with freezing cold weather and slick icey terrain for most, there is something so magical and beautiful about your surroundings being covered in white. It's almost like it gives you the excuse or the "ok" to slow down a bit and cozy up with the ones you love. That's exactly the feeling I come away with as I look through these stunning photos by the amazing Tara Bielecki. Based out of Denver, Colorado, photographer Tara had the opportunity to capture the most precious moments between soon-to-be proud parents Bethany and Jonathan. The timing of the weather couldn't have been more perfect (in their mind) as they were hoping to find a "winter wonderland to shoot in, since they were having a winter baby." As they made there way from Arizona to Canada for the holidays, they decided to make a pit stop in Colorado to capture this special time in their lives. Tara explains, as luck would have it, "The Colorado skies deiced to snow that day… We found an amazing spot tucked away in the Rocky Mountains that still had abandoned cabins from men who used to work on the train tunnel that runs to the very top of the Rockies." If this doesn't seem like the perfect rustic winter stage, I don't know what would. As the day grew colder and windy, Jonathan had a blast building a fire for them to stay warm. With the day ending in shivers and cold wet frocks, they couldn't help but laugh at how much fun their day was! I can't help but be inspired at how stunning there day in photos turned out! Photographer Tara did an amazing job capturing and preserving such a magical place during this magical moment in time for this beautiful couple. Get ready to be blown away...
