For those first-time-parents, like me who are unsure what a "Naming Day" is.  Let me, the obsessive web-researcher explain. A "Naming Day" or "Naming Ceremony" is the celebration of the arrival of a new child into the family. Since we made the big move to Alaska several years ago, I've noticed that spring weather seems to pop up around the end of May.  We tend to skip summer and go straight into autumn, so no big heat days for us. With that said, our spring wardrobe almost always includes a cardigan or light jacket.  Even though the snow in our yard will not melt for another month or so, it's never too early to start preparing our bambino for those warmer temperatures. To those of you who live in the "lower 48", your baby's closet is probably already stocked. When we had McKenzie, I thought only baby girls were going to be fun to shop for.
