Swoon Worthy Rainbow Themed Nursery for Sweet Tori Grace

When it comes to creating a special place to bring your newborn baby home to, it can be overwhelming for most moms. There are so many amazing trends, themes and color combos, its hard to choose. There is one trend that stands out most to me that I usually always fall back on and its "neutral". There is just something about soft neutral colors that bring comfy, cozy vibes and isn't that exactly what all parents want for their sweet babies. A little haven that is full of inspiration and beauty without being too overwhelming. 

Well my wonderful friend, fellow military spouse and expecting mom to sweet baby girl, Tori Grace did just that. She pieced together her little girl's nursery using soft subtle pink, white and a grey hues creating a rainbow theme that adds whimsy with a touch of sophistication making it easy to transition as she grows older. I'm so in love with the different textures and accents Mandi added to each corner of the room creating a soft and soothing space fit for any newborn.

Personalized Baby Blanket By Highway 3

Hi Friends! Are you like me and have a thing for personalized accoutrements? If I could I would monogram or print our family's name or initial on everything. There's something so sweet and sentimental about seeing the name of someone you care about on display. When it comes to baby, it gets even worse for me. I have a personalization obsession with anything that has to do with my kiddos. I try really hard not to monogram or have their name printed on everything I buy them. For our baby boy Haines, I chose the personalized name blanket in grey- bold with lower case lettering. I love that the font is big and bold allowing for a great introduction to letters of his name. 

Unlike many personalized swaddle blankets that are tended to be used for wrapping or display only, these blankets are a bit thicker and have an extremely soft plush to them. They are perfect for keeping your loved one warm for those daytime snuggles or giving your baby a soft place to lay for floor play and/or tummy time.

For Mckenzie, we went with the Personalized Name Blanket -Light in the pink color-way with lower case font. She is 31/2 now, so this blanket makes for the perfect opportunity to practice spelling her name. We even like to trace the letters with our fingers as we work on writing her name.

I can totally see this blanket being loved for many years to come and never go out of style! College, here we come - tear, tear :'(

Modern Black & White Woodland Themed Nursery

Hi Friends! I stumbled across an amazing little modern nursery on Facebook last week and have been chomping at the bits to share it with you! Designed and transformed by fellow mom Myla, this modern made nursery is nothing short of a work of art! With a beautifully designed chalkboard wall setting the stage, Myla added budget friendly decor and furniture that coordinated perfectly with the theme.  The monochromatic tone with pops of orange is the perfect way to create a bright yet soothing space to bring baby home to. I can't say enough about this modern yet playful baby oasis so I'll let the photos do the talkin'!

Harry's Vintage Eclectic Nursery By Christy Nicole Photography

It's Friday! Woohoo! Nothing like a good Friday Nursery Inspiration to help get your creative juices flowing for your soon-to-be or newborn's nursery, right? Well today I have a charming vintage eclectic nursery with a "traveled/wordly" theme.  The precious toddler that calls this his play and sleeping quarters is baby Harry and he is actually on the road to becoming a world traveler as his daddy is a U.S Air Force Pilot calling Germany their home these days. Earlier this week, I introduced you to this sweet family and today we are taking a peek inside baby Harry's delightful vintage eclectic abode. As part of their "Welcome Home" lifestyle session, talented photographer Christy Nicole followed the family playtime into Harry's room and captured the details and decor so beautifully as well as how wonderfully it functions for this adorable little toddler who loves to explore!
