Swoon Worthy Rainbow Themed Nursery for Sweet Tori Grace

When it comes to creating a special place to bring your newborn baby home to, it can be overwhelming for most moms. There are so many amazing trends, themes and color combos, its hard to choose. There is one trend that stands out most to me that I usually always fall back on and its "neutral". There is just something about soft neutral colors that bring comfy, cozy vibes and isn't that exactly what all parents want for their sweet babies. A little haven that is full of inspiration and beauty without being too overwhelming.

Well my wonderful friend, fellow military spouse and expecting mom to sweet baby girl, Tori Grace did just that. She pieced together her little girl's nursery using soft subtle pink, white and a grey hues creating a rainbow theme that adds whimsy with a touch of sophistication making it easy to transition as she grows older. I'm so in love with the different textures and accents Mandi added to each corner of the room creating a soft and soothing space fit for any newborn.

Join with me as we fawn over sweet Tori Grace's nursery and her mama's timeless eye for design.

I can’t wait to share her gorgeous maternity photos tomorrow. Their sweet family is as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside.

Stunning Noah's Ark Themed Nursery

Hi Friends!  We are in nursery design overload here at our house with our baby boy due just a few weeks away, so I thought I would share nursery inspirations through the next few weeks. Today I'm excited to share a stunning nursery designed by mommy/blogger/deisigner Rachel from Rachel Elizabeth Creates blog. It is so hard not to go over-the-top when designing your little one's nursery around a certain theme, however, I've come to realize less is more. You can make a strong statement without filling up every nook and cranny of your space with a theme inspired decor piece. Rachel's simplistic yet chic take on "Noah's Ark" is a prime example of a theme that can be tastefully done with an elegant and soft feel. This talented mommy explains that "it is always a struggle not to go to Hobby Lobby and buy everything they have for each theme but simplicity is better at the end." I couldn't agree more so let's dive right in to baby Asher's simply stunning Noah's Ark Oasis!

The Party starts today at 8am PST/11EST, so stop on by to check out all of the adorable nursery designs and more from myself and an incredible group of talented designers, bloggers and writers!

Balboa Baby's beautiful Black Lattice Bedding is a gorgeous black and white pattern that I thought would pair beautifully with rustic/ earthy elements.  The combination of these contemporary and craftsman-like pieces create an elegant yet cozy feel that any baby boy would be happy to call home for many years to come.

With Spring just around the corner, Balboa Baby's adorable Pink Camellia bedding sets the perfect stage for feminine glam touches. I chose to go with a sweet bunny theme that pairs wonderfully with the pink and black color pattern of this set. What little princess wouldn't want to snuggle up with a bunny or two in her pretty pink baby palace?
A calming yet spring time garden feel is the inspiration for this nursery design surrounding Balboa Baby's Grey Dahlia Bedding set. The beautiful soft colors of coral and grey in a floral design creates a delicate and romantic getaway for baby to rest or play.

Baby Willow's Eclectic Chic Nursery Design By Kate & Kuby

Happy Friday Friends! Oh do I have a dandy of a nursery to help start your weekend off on an eclectic chic foot! First off I have to share with you the most exciting side note about this nursery. Aside from it being a stunning melting pot of design styles,  this universal baby oasis cost fellow mommy blogger and photographer Kate from Kate and Kuby a little over $100 to put together for her baby girl, Willow!  Genius is what comes to mind when I see an "out-of-the-norm" decor style that was literally thrown together with different unique pieces that hold a sentimental value or happened to catch the eye at a particular moment. Though each piece represents a totally different era and/or style, they are in keeping with the design's over all unity. Somehow Kate was able to pull it all together and have it all actually make sense. She pulled several different styles and meshed them together creating a warm and inviting space without the feeling of being overwhelmed. From the DIY "W" accessory holder made out of chicken wire to the insanely gorgeous wall tapestry that was hand-woven by Kate, every detail makes this pace so special and timeless.  Get ready to be blown away as you browse through a nursery design that, in my opinion, is a true work-of-art!
